Refund Policy

Returns

Ellure offers a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@elluredecor.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items to the address on your order's packaging unless instructed to. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your items. It is required to use a trackable shipping service. There is no restocking fee or any additional charges for returning your items.

Exchanges
To ensure you receive the items you want as quickly as possible, we do not offer traditional exchanges. Please place a new order for the desired color, size, or variant, then contact us to initiate a return for your original purchase. If you prefer, you may return your items before placing a new order.

Shipping damages or manufacturing defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To help us address the issue promptly, include proof (photos or videos) of the faulty item(s) in your email. Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement shipment.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including gift cards and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund is approved. If approved, we will process the refund through your original payment method. Typically, the credit should appear in your account within 3-7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies and bank processing times. If more than 14 business days have passed since your return was approved, please email us at contact@elluredecor.com.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or a return is not accepted at all. It is up to our discretion whether we accept a return or issue a refund for any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refund policy for premium and express shipping

If you select and pay for premium or express shipping for your order, please note that the additional charges associated with these upgraded shipping options are non-refundable. In the event of a return, your refund will include the cost of the items purchased and the base shipping charge only. The extra charges paid for premium or express shipping services will be excluded from the refund.

Order cancellations or modifications

You may request to cancel or modify your order for any reason within 24 hours of confirmation. After this period, your order will be processed, and we cannot cancel or modify it. To request a cancellation or adjustment, please email us at contact@elluredecor.com as soon as possible.
