Standard shipping starts at $8.95 and varies based on the size and weight of your ordered items. Orders over $350 USD qualify for free standard shipping. For faster delivery, we also offer premium and express shipping options at an additional cost.

Estimated shipping times
After your purchase is confirmed, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Some items, such as select lighting, furniture, and custom-made items, may require additional processing time for production. For a precise and up-to-date lead time estimate for the specific item(s) you’re interested in, please feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.
Shipping options
• Standard Shipping: Your order will be shipped using an economy service via your local delivery provider.
• Premium Shipping: Both processing and delivery will be prioritized, with shipment through an expedited service, such as FedEx Expedited or other priority mail options.
• Express Shipping: Processing (and production, if applicable) will be prioritized, and we’ll ship using the fastest available service, such as DHL Express or UPS Express.
Delays
While we always aim to ensure your items arrive as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates for most orders. Trade orders may have different terms. Please note that we are not responsible for delays that may occur after your package leaves our facility, including delays during customs processing in your country.

Customs and import fees
As most orders are shipped from our global fulfillment centers outside of the US, you may incur additional import fees upon delivery. While the majority of orders will not be subject to such fees, it is important to note that the possibility exists. Duties and taxes are calculated and charged by customs officials in your country. As such, they are beyond our control. As the importer of goods, you are responsible for any duties, taxes, and other charges that your country may impose on imports. If you choose to refuse the customs fees and your package is returned to us, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
