At Ellure, we strive to provide a seamless experience from checkout to delivery. Depending on the items ordered and the available shipping options, your purchase may arrive in separate shipments, all coordinated to ensure a smooth and timely arrival to your shipping address.
Costs
Standard shipping starts at $8.95 and varies based on the size and weight of the items in your order. Orders over $350 (USD) receive free standard shipping. We also offer premium and express shipping options at an additional charge, should you need your items sooner.
Estimated shipping times
Once your purchase is confirmed, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Certain items, such as select lighting, furniture items, and customized products, may require longer processing times. After this processing period, your order will be shipped. Standard delivery typically takes 4-10 days for domestic orders, and 7-15 days for international orders. Orders with standard shipping will be delivered using your local delivery provider’s typical economy shipping method. For orders that select premium shipping, we will utilize an expedited shipping method, such as FedEx Expedited or other priority mail services. For express shipping orders, we will use the fastest shipping option available to us, such as DHL Express or UPS Express.
Delays
While we always aim to ensure your items arrive as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates for most orders. Trade orders may have different terms. Please note that we are not responsible for delays that may occur after your package leaves our facility, including delays during customs processing in your country.

Customs and import fees
As most orders are shipped from our global fulfillment centers outside of the US, you may incur additional import fees upon delivery. While the majority of orders will not be subject to such fees, it is important to note that the possibility exists. Duties and taxes are calculated and charged by customs officials in your country. As such, they are beyond our control. As the importer of goods, you are responsible for any duties, taxes, and other charges that your country may impose on imports. If you choose to refuse the customs fees and your package is returned to us, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. If you’re unsure whether you will be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

To track your item, locate the shipping confirmation email sent to the email address you used when placing your order, and click the link provided to view the shipping progress. Please note that in some cases, shipping updates may not be displayed immediately; however, rest assured that your package is still in transit.
