All Ellure orders over $99 USD receive free standard shipping. Orders under $99 USD will include a $5.95 USD shipping charge. In addition to standard shipping, we also offer expedited shipping for $11.95 USD and even faster express shipping for $24.95 USD- should you need your items sooner.
After your order is confirmed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing, regardless of the shipping method you selected. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that certain items such as customized orders may require longer processing times. Following this processing period, your order will be shipped. Generally, it will take 5-35 days for your package to arrive; depending on the country being shipped to and the shipping method chosen. For those who opted for expedited or express shipping, there will be a much shorter wait for your package to arrive. In most cases, expedited shipping orders will be delivered in 3-10 days, and express shipping orders will be delivered in 2-6 days. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee specific delivery dates for your package, however, it is always our top priority to make sure your items arrive as soon as possible. If you place an order containing multiple items, it is likely that your items may be shipped separately due to not all of our products being stocked in the same warehouse. This also allows you to receive your items sooner. Kindly note, we are unable to control shipping times after your package leaves our facilities, and we are not responsible for any delays such as your package being stuck for long periods of time at your country's customs.

As most international orders are shipped from our global fulfillment center, you may have additional import fees upon delivery. Duties and taxes are calculated and charged by customs officials in your country. As such, they are beyond our control. As the importer of goods, you are responsible for duties, taxes, and any other charges that your country chooses to impose for the import. Should you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to us, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. To track your item, find the shipping confirmation email that was sent to the email you used when placing your order, and click the link to view the shipping progress. Please note that in some cases shipping updates will not be displayed immediately, however, your package is still in transit. You may reach out to us via email to request more information on your package's delivery. We will be able to provide an estimated delivery date as soon as one becomes available.
